Posted adoption packs are sent free of charge in the UK.
The ‘Small Items’ category covers packages that will fit through a letter box, while ‘Large Items’ are orders that have to be sent as a parcel. Courier items are large and fragile pieces that require careful packing, such as framed prints, and are delivered by tracked courier.

In some cases an additional postage charge may be applicable to specific items that are difficult to send – these will be advised when adding to your basket.
Postage is calculated on the basis of the item in your order which attracts the highest postage costs.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 7 days of receipt of your payment, except adoptions pack which may be up to 14 days.
